The service
Grainline is a browser-based cutting layout optimization tool. We may offer an optional paid upgrade ("Plus") that unlocks higher limits and additional features.
Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
- You agree not to misuse the service or attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer it.
- We may suspend or terminate access to protect the service and other users.
Payments
If you purchase Plus, payments are processed by Stripe. Prices and availability may change, but changes do not retroactively affect completed purchases.
Refunds
Refunds for Plus purchases are handled according to our Refund Policy. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first so we can help.
Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. You are responsible for verifying cutting layouts and measurements before cutting material.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
